Getting started with OnStar DualCam is easy.
Step 1

Get OnStar One Fleet

To access your camera’s data and incident reports through the OnStar Vehicle InsightsTM* app, you’ll need an eligible plan. Contact our sales team to learn more and get your DualCam set up.
Step 2

Order Your Cameras

Once you’re set up with an eligible plan, contact our sales team to order cameras for your fleet.
Step 3

Install Your Cameras

Work with one of our preferred professional installers or install the cameras yourself. Camera units attach to the windshield and are powered through the vehicle’s OBD-II port.
Step 4

Pair Camera

Assign your cameras to specific vehicles in the OnStar Vehicle Insights* app or website.
Step 5

Access Camera Reports

Easily review and download your OnStar DualCam reports through the OnStar Vehicle Insights* app reports section.
