Check Your Eligibility
Find out if your business is eligible for a Fleet Account Number, which qualifies your business for fleet programs and incentives. To qualify, your company must fulfill one of the following vehicle scenarios:
- Within the last 12 months, purchased or leased five (5) or more new vehicles principally for business operation use
- Currently own or lease five (5) or more medium duty trucks used for company service
- Currently own or lease fifteen (15) or more vehicles used for company service (any combination of vehicle manufacturers)
Download & Complete the Application
If you think your business qualifies, download and complete an application form and provide proof of eligibility for a Fleet Account Number (FAN). The form will ask you to provide documentation to prove your business is eligible. Acceptable documentation includes vehicle titles, registrations or proof of insurance on company vehicles.
Sign & Submit the Application
Be sure to complete and sign/initial all areas on both pages. Once your application is complete, please send your signed application and proof of eligibility to gmfan@gm.com.
